However, due to the Federal Reserve Board’s recent increases to the federal funds rate, the forecasted recession was pulled forward; it is now anticipated to begin toward the end of 2023 and last through 2024.  

ITR Economics will continue to keep an eye on the Fed’s actions and notify their followers of any further changes in their economic expectations.
