If you weren't exactly on the "open-book bandwagon," but you eventually came around, we want to hear what changed your mind. Submit your turnaround story online or via email for your chance to win a free registration to the 22nd Annual Gathering of Games. At the conference you'll share your story as a panelist in the breakout session, Doubters, Pouters & CAVE Dwellers, hosted by the "Original Doubter," former SRC employee, Denise Bredfeldt.

  • thought open-book management was just a "flavor-of-the-month" solution.
  • openly opposed the company's open-book efforts.

If one of the above statements describes you or someone you work with, we want to hear about your hate-to-love journey with open-book management.

What do you win?

  • Billing as a panelist speaker at the 2014 Gathering of Games Conference (as part of our Doubters, Pouters & CAVE Dwellers Panel)

About The Great Game of Business

Our approach to running a company was developed to help close one of the biggest gaps in business: the gap between managers and employees. We call our open-book approach The Great Game of Business. What lies at the heart of The Game is a very simple proposition: The best, most efficient, most profitable way to operate a business is to give everybody in the company a voice in saying how the company is run and a stake in the outcome. Let us teach you how to develop a culture of ownership, where employees think, act and feel like owners.
