Stay up to date with the Great Game of Business in the News
As CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, Katie Davis helped to successfully adapt the open-book management philosophies found in the Great Game of Business® to work in her social sector organization. Her efforts and their successful Great Game™ implementation resulted in a tremendous increase in revenue and expanded services for the Ozarks agency earning them the 2015 mid-size Agency of the Year award by Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the Pioneer Award at the 2016 Gathering of the Games.
After nine years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, Katie stepped down and partnered with the Great Game of Business. Here she's helped establish the Great Game for the Social Sectors to create workshops and training programs designed to help organizations in the nonprofit and public sectors adapt the proven principles of open-book management.
