Missouri Southern State University is set to roll out a first-of-it's kind initiative, they call it "The Great Game of Education". The Great Game's partnership with the university is designed to create a culture of openness, employment and financial awareness on campus.

This fall, a number of faculty and administrative staff teams will come together to play the Game in effort to model the open-book management style.
