I graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in mechanical engineering thinking that tree work probably wasn’t my path in life. However, during those years, there was always some tree work on the weekends to help pay for that education. I always wanted to start a business. So at the end of 2009, I decided to come back to my roots and formed Hildebrandt Tree Tech. In 2012 my younger brother Kelly officially teamed up with us and our Dad shortly thereafter in 2014. In 2015 my wife’s aunt, Edie, took over as our office manager. As you can tell, at Hildebrandt Tree Tech, it’s all about family! I have been truly blessed with the opportunity to work every day in an industry that I’m very passionate about and with some of the people that are closest to me in life.
Casey Hildebrandt, Owner of Hildebrandt Tree Tech, tells Steve how being a Great Game company helped to calm the storm, built his confidence as a leader and allowed him to not carry the entire burden of the business alone.
