A virtual, cohort-based certification program designed to build internal GGOB Coaching capability. Delivered through live virtual sessions that fit alongside day-to-day work.

  • Strengthen Critical Numbers™, drivers, and MiniGames™
  • Elevate scoreboards, Huddles, and forecasting discipline

Format

Live virtual sessions, peer cohort, eLearning pre-work, applied project work

Timeframe

Weekly commitment is around 2 hours. 14 live virtual sessions from February to August. 

Capstone

Level-Up Coaching Project, written assessment, and oral panel review.
