Donna Petiford received her MBA from Drury University and graduated with fellow classmate and GGOB team member, Rhonda Chapman. Donna was first introduced to The Great Game of Business® in the ’90s when Jack Stack spoke at a company workshop focused on implementing aspects of open-book management into their business. She was drawn to The GGOB in 2014 as a contract trainer, and later as a full-time employee.
In her current role as Quality Assurance Manager, Donna enjoys hearing client success stories of open-book implementation as she solicits feedback for all coaching activities and events. She also manages and coordinates other Great Game® projects including the GGOB Practice Assessment and Input Surveys, All-Star Awards, virtual events, continuing professional education credits, and The Great Game Community.
In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting, bass fishing at Table Rock Lake, and advocating for children through her volunteer work with the Springfield Council of PTAs and National PTA.
