Caroline Bowenschulte

Training & Development Coordinator

Caroline Bowenschulte is the Training and Development Coordinator working jointly with SRC Holdings Corporation and The Great Game of Business^®. She functions as a liaison between the Great Game™ team and the SRC companies—the origin of The Game and living lab.

Beginning her role in July of 2019, Caroline quickly connected to the culture and business methodology of SRC. She enjoys coordinating training and helping to provide learning opportunities for associates to ensure The Game is always being played at the highest level.

Caroline has a unique background as a registered nurse, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University and Research College of Nursing. Through her role as an educator in a healthcare clinic, Caroline realized her passion to provide opportunities to others through education and training. She is happy she found her way to SRC and is excited about the powerful impact The Game provides businesses and their employees.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time her with husband, Brandon, and their dog, Lucy. She feels fortunate to have most of her family in the Springfield area and appreciates their frequent get-togethers.
