Matt Bedinghaus is CEO of A2V Partners, LLC and a Certified GGOB Contract Coach. He earned a BSEE degree from University of MO-Rolla and an MBA degree with a Finance Emphasis from Rockhurst University. He is a registered professional engineer (PE) in several states and a Past President of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers.
Matt started his engineering career with St. Joseph Light & Power Company where he held increasingly responsible positions in the System Protection, Power Production, Substation Engineering and Manager of T&D Engineering. He worked for a few consulting companies before founding A2V Partners in 2010 to do independent Consulting Engineering for Electric Utilities and other large power users. Matt has literally designed and managed small to large projects from DC (controls & solar) to “Blue Light” (radio & fiber communications) and AC power up to 345kV (transmission level).
Matt was introduced to the Great Game of Business book in 1994 but didn’t get a chance to utilize the Game until he attended the 2-day workshop and started self-implementing the GGOB at A2V in 2013.
He has now retired from his successful engineering career to focus more on the financial and the people side(s) of your business. As a Certified GGOB Contract Coach, he would like to help you apply the GGOB methods (develop an appropriate Critical Number, Gain Sharing Plan, improve employee engagement, etc.) to make your business a greater success.
Matt and his wife, Beth (a retired schoolteacher) live in Ozark, MO and have a daughter (Architect) in WY and a son (Mechanical Engineer) in WI. Be sure to ask us about our new granddaughter in WY!
