The Healthy Company All-Star application is a simple process that provides valuable data-driven insights, crucial in today’s uncertain economy and competitive talent market.

To determine the winners, the judging process is divided into three categories: healthy finances, healthy culture, and healthy people.

WHAT MAKES A HEALTHY COMPANY ALL-STAR?

The prestigious list of Healthy Company All-Stars includes organizations from around the globe that have shown unwavering commitment to CHANGE THE GAME by doing business differently through creating a winning workplace culture that delivers industry-leading financial performance and best-in-class employee engagement.

Healthy Company All-Stars Exemplify the Following:

HEALTHY FINANCES: To be considered financially healthy, a company must meet or beat its industry averages as measured by financial ratios such as profit growth, cash generation, asset utilization, and return on investment.
HEALTHY CULTURE: The second measurement that organizations must pass is the level of employee engagement and how well they embrace the principles and practices of The Game as determined by the results of their company-wide surveys.
HEALTHY PEOPLE: The third measurement involves a People Scorecard filled out by the company highlighting programs designed to reward and teach their associates. Additionally, companies were interviewed about their policies and practices related to employee well-being and future investment.

Healthy Company All-Star Awards are awarded to companies exemplifying excellence with their finances, culture, and people. This is your chance to let everyone know what your company has achieved!

Evaluate your process through a FREE Great Game Practice Scorecard!

Completion of a Great Game of Business practice scorecard (administered through an employee survey) starts at $750, but you get this insightful feedback free when you complete a Healthy Company All-Star application. Use the process to evaluate how you're doing in practicing the Great Game of Business: reflect on what's working and what's not, listen to your employees, and see where improvements can be made. Let's face it—we all want to know how we stack up to the 'Best of the Best'—that's how we get better! Remember, it's about continuous learning.

All-Star Perks:

Each finalist will become part of an exclusive All-Star Team and will receive:

results of your employee surveys indicating the strengths and weaknesses of your Great Game practices
an industry-focused financial analysis and benchmarking tool
promotion by The Great Game of Business throughout the year

Additionally, Healthy Company All-Star Award winners will receive:

a written case study highlighting your story and results from practicing The Great Game of Business
on-stage recognition and a trophy presentation during the Great Game of Business Conference

Please complete the THREE STEPS below by May 2, 2025. Finalists will be notified by June 1st and will receive an introduction to our staff writer, Darren Dahl. Darren will schedule to conduct a Zoom interview with the company CEO, which will be the final step of the process. Winners will be notified by June 30th and will be invited to take the stage with their team during our Healthy Company All-Star Awards presentation at the 33rd Annual Great Game of Business Conference, September 09-11, 2025, in Arlington, TX.

Your employees will need to complete the survey, which takes less than 7 minutes, and rates your company on key aspects of the Great Game (including transparency, financial literacy, communication, employee engagement, etc.).

A Great Game team member will reach out with a company specific survey link. This link allows multiple employees to take the survey on the same computer if necessary.

Participation rates required by May 2:

<10 employees: 100% participation

10+ employees: 70% participation

Please complete the updated Financial & Stake in the Outcome Input file, which includes sections to enter financial data from the past five (5) years and additional company-specific insights.

Download the Excel file, fill in the required details on the second tab for financial data and the third tab for Stake in the Outcome Measures, then upload your completed document in the Company Information section below.
