Ann Casstevens serves as Curriculum Manager at The Great Game of Business®, where she architects and stewards the systems that connect coaching practice, learning design, and real-world application. Positioned within Product Development, her work focuses on defining standards, codifying best practices, and continuously strengthening the structures that inform and enable high-quality product design and delivery.
In this role, Ann ensures that coaching and learning operate as an integrated system rather than as stand-alone offerings. She partners closely with practicing coaches and trainers to surface field-tested insights, distinguish always-present practices from context-driven applications, and translate lived implementation experience into scalable guides, certification pathways, and learning frameworks. Her work emphasizes clarity, consistency, and practical usability across the Great Game portfolio while preserving the flexibility required for diverse client environments.
As a Great Game of Business Certified Coach®, Ann also contributes to the development of the coaching community by collaborating on coach certifications, mentoring coaches through peer learning groups, and staying closely connected to current practice through ongoing field engagement. This practitioner grounding ensures that the curriculum and standards she helps shape remain relevant, actionable, and aligned with how the Great Game is successfully applied in the real world.
She holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and lives in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.
