Live Virtual Leadership Development Program

This 8-week, live virtual cohort is delivered through Great Game GO,  our new online Learning Hub.  Participants will access weekly facilitator-led sessions, course content, and supporting resources all in one place.

Preferred Session Times

Leading the Game will be offered at two different times on each Tuesday. During registration, participants may indicate their preferred session time.

Session 1: 11:00 am–12:30 pm CT

Session 2: 2:00–3:30 pm CT

Because Leading the Game is a highly interactive, cohort-based experience, our training team will thoughtfully assign participants to create balanced groups and meaningful opportunities for peer learning.

We will make every effort to accommodate each participant’s preference, but final assignments may vary based on availability and cohort composition.

Please note: Participants will receive confirmation of their assigned session before the program begins.

MICHAEL DOUGHERTY, KINDERMUSIK

GGOB opened my eyes to a new way of managing our company and to a higher plane of leadership. We have always been open-book, but The Game gave us a specific methodology and actual tools to do it better than ever before.

LTG why

WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS

The Great Game of Business® is a powerful system. But transparency alone does not create impact. Leadership in an open-book company requires intentional beliefs, behaviors, and a different mindset. Leading the Game strengthens the skills and beliefs needed to lead The Game effectively and deliver its full impact.
