THE CATALYST FOR CHANGE
Michele Bridges spent the first two decades of her career in medical sales. Although successful, she felt unfulfilled until a Gallup Strengths Assessment revealed her true calling: translating complexity and building understanding. The turning point came in 2009, when she watched her company lay off experienced employees overnight.
Years later, after reading The Great Game of Business® in a single sitting, she had a profound realization: if her former company had applied these principles, those layoffs might never have occurred. That conviction moved her from the sales world into the classroom, driven by a desire to ensure no one else felt like an outsider in their own company.
THE MASTER TRAINER
Michele is not a traditional lecturer; she teaches from the floor. She admits that financial literacy once intimidated her, and she uses that experience to her advantage—pushing for clarity and refusing to let others opt out. She is particularly known for reaching the “quietest people in the back of the room,” using MiniGames™ and humor to help them see themselves in the numbers.
Her work often extends beyond the office. Michele frequently sees the impact of her training in participants’ personal lives—from families paying off debt to employees finally finding their voices in their professional futures.
THE ADVOCATE FOR CULTURE
Beyond teaching, Michele is a champion for the cultural and recognition dimensions of the Great Game. She focuses on the human moments that transform education into true belief. With a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Behavior and certifications in Gallup Strengths and Leadership Circle Profile, she brings deep academic and practical insight to every session. She also holds her Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. For Michele, this work is a movement to restore possibility to the workplace.
OFF THE CLOCK
Michele lives in Missouri with her husband and college sweetheart, Darin. Together, they enjoy traveling, Friday-night date nights, and a good reading list. They share their home with their dog, Hobbes, who holds the title of family Chief Joy Officer.
