Dusty Cruise is a proven manufacturing professional with more than 40 years of experience in a broad spectrum of manufacturing endeavors. He has been a quality and engineering manager, sales and marketing director, operations manager, manufacturing engineer, production supervisor, senior process engineer, tool and process engineer, engineering draftsman and quality control inspector.

His experience in the practical application of world class manufacturing concepts enables him to effectively facilitate and implement improvements strategic to client needs and success.

Dusty’s past positions in manufacturing and operations leadership provide a framework for him to effectively interface with all functional areas of a manufacturing enterprise seeking to improve organizational effectiveness. His experience extends beyond process improvements associated with a Lean Enterprise and the manufacturing of goods; it also includes the sale and marketing of those products as well.

Dusty has a first hand, realistic knowledge of manufacturing. He understands how the impact of material, labor and overhead affect the bottom line and integrate improvements in these areas with the rest of the operation to achieve bottom line growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management, Comprehensive, from Missouri State University and has served as Missouri Quality Award Examiner.

Missouri Enterprise Chief Operating Officer

Stacey Marler is the Chief Operating Officer for Missouri Enterprise, where he leads efforts to deliver solutions and strategies in advancing Missouri manufacturing companies with technology and innovation at the forefront. He has 15+ years of manufacturing, design, high-speed machining, and inspection experience in various industries, including small engines, electrical transformers, aerospace, and chemical processing. Missouri Enterprise is a part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership, a National Network of manufacturing excellence resources available to manufacturers in Missouri.

Stacey is a graduate of East Central College with a focus on Drafting Technology and holds several certificates, including Galliard Family Business Advisor, Lean Leadership from the University of Michigan, Consulting Leadership and Core Consulting Skills certification program from the Association of Internal Management Consultants.

After attending a Great Game of Business conference, he was hooked and saw the potential with Great Game as a straightforward, structured approach to engage all employees within the company and become part of the success. The structured approach creates a culture that revitalizes and maintains a vibrant culture by providing consistent communication and education on the principles and practices of the Great Game of Business.

Stacey treasures his time with his wife, Elaine, two children, Laine, Alaina, and grandchildren. On the weekends, he can be found enjoying rounds of disc golf, photography, art, or assisting non-profits with graphic and web design.
