Kristi Stringer started working at The Great Game of Business® in 1994, right after the original release of Jack Stack’s revolutionary book. She spent five years on staff during and after college, then went on to pursue a career in marketing and communications. She spent the next 14 years in a variety of roles, including media buyer for an advertising agency, director of communications for an electric cooperative, and freelance marketing and graphic design consultant.
Ultimately, the reward and excitement of helping companies engage their employees and create cultures of ownership drew her back to the Great Game of Business family. Back in the fold since 2013, Kristi is passionate about the Great Game and inspired by companies that are redefining capitalism to include all employees. She has served as Event Manager, Marketing Manager, and Business Unit Manager before being tapped in 2023 to lead the organization as President.
After two years in that role, Kristi was drawn back to the hands-on operational and product work she has always enjoyed, and transitioned into the role of Director of Product Development. Today, she works alongside the team bringing to life Great Game GO, a new learning hub designed to help organizations build businesspeople at every level.
Kristi received her BS in Communications from Missouri State University and her MBA from Drury University. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, camping, and snow skiing.
