Kevin Walter, Great Game of Business® coach and practitioner, is best known in the Chicago area as principal for corporate catering and event planning company, Tasty Catering. He was a founding partner of this heavily decorated family business with honors including a Forbes Best Small Company in America, Caterer of the Year, Top Small Workplaces, Best Places to Work, and Psychologically Healthiest Workplace in the nation.
With more than four decades of business success and experience, Kevin has found that the highest level of employee engagement is found in practicing open-book management, particularly via The Great Game of Business. This has led to a passion for coaching the principles of The Game in organizations across the continent. It has also sparked an interest in speaking to various audiences about his trials, tribulations, and successes with open-book management and The Great Game®.
Now, Kevin is a highly sought-after GGOB coach and speaker. His business savvy and dynamic presentation skills come from more than 40 years of experience in a leadership role—the majority of those as principal and adviser for a dozen companies.
Kevin was honored with the 2016 & 2017 GGOB Certified Coaches Award for quality coaching delivery and is also a member of the Chicago Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.
Kevin is married, a Project Management Professional, and has two daughters. He has won multiple GGOB annual Coaching Quality awards and is also a member of the Chicago Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.
