Catherine Fitzgerald is a native of Fresno, CA, a graduate of UCLA, a Great Game Coach, and the owner of Catapult Leadership Group.

Catherine began her Great Game™ journey as a practitioner in 2011 with Fresno First Bank. As Vice President of Electronic Payments, she was a leader and enthusiastic player of the Great Game and assisted in the company’s Great Game All-Star award accomplishment.  

Catherine has more than 30 years experience in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. From Regional Sales Manager and Executive Director to CEO, these roles have included experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, budgeting, grant acquisition, and strategic planning.

Catherine is an active supporter of live local theater, a board member for a local non-profit and an avid cook, but she is most proud of being the mom of 3 amazing sons.
