GGOB Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Event Admittance
Registration fees must be paid in full prior to entry.

 

Transfer or Cancellation Requests by Attendee

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your plans. The following options are available:

Registration Transfers
Substitute Attendee Transfer: If you are unable to attend the event, you may request your registration be transferred to another person within your organization for no additional charge.


One-time Event Transfer: If you are unable to attend the event, you may request your registration be transferred to an alternate event.

  • Event transfer requests received less than 21 days before the original event start date will incur a $200 rescheduling fee.
  • Alternate event must be selected at time of transfer.
  • Alternate event must occur during the same calendar year.
  • Additional amounts due resulting from event pricing differences must be paid upon transfer.

Registration Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests made 21 days or more before the start of the event are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests made 14-20 days before the start of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation requests made 1-13 days before the start of the event are not refundable.

No Shows

  • If you do not attend the event and have not transferred or cancelled your registration according to the terms above, no refund or other consideration will be provided.

Cancellation by GGOB

We reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to date, time, location, speakers, or agenda, with reasonable notice.

In the event we must cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible. If the event is canceled, you will be offered a full refund or, if applicable, the option to transfer your registration to another event of

equal or lessor value.

GGOB is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by attendees because of event cancellation or rescheduling, beyond the refund or credit offered under this policy.

 

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, strikes, public health emergencies or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the event organizer and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
