- Healthy Culture: The second parameter applying organizations must pass is the level of employee engagement and how well they embrace the principles and practices of The Game as determined by the results of their company-wide surveys.
- Healthy People: The third measurement involves a People Scorecard filled out by the company highlighting programs designed to reward and teach their associates. Additionally, they participated in an interview to discuss policies and practices related to employee well-being and future investment.
