In addition to his consulting work with Penny Strategies, Randy is president and founder of Normandy Capital Group (NCG), an investment company. He is also a member of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), an international non-profit organization providing entrepreneurship training and education programs to young adults from low-income urban communities, and serves as regional chair of the organization’s North Texas Advisory Board. He was named NFTE Volunteer of the Year in 2015. Additionally, Randy co-founded and served as president and CEO of Texas Air Composites (TAC), one of the nation’s leading FAA-authorized repair centers for composite structures.
Randy has been recognized by numerous publications, including Entrepreneur Magazine (Entrepreneur’s Hot 100 List, Hot 500 List), and Inc. Magazine (Top 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, Top 100 Transportation Companies), as well as organizations such as The Great Game of Business, for which Texas Air Composites was recognized as a 2014 Hall of Fame Company and a 2014 All-Star nominee. He is a certified coach for The Great Game of Business, and has served as a member of its Practitioner Council.
Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Texas State University.
