Join Us For a Great Game of Business® Event

Dive head first into The Great Game® and open-book management! Learn from Great Game practitioners, see personally how The Great Game of Business® has helped many other companies in a position just like yours.

The Open-Book Management Experience was created in collaboration with successful Great Game practitioner Tasty Catering, based in Chicago, IL (Elk Grove Village).

The Tasty Catering Great Game of Business journey started in 2011, and since then, they've been busy mastering GGOB's open-book management practices and principles. Over the years they've seen tremendous success financially and culturally, earning them membership on the 2014 Gathering of Games All-Star Team (read the case study).

The OBMx is led by experienced coach Kevin Walter, one of the founders and principles of Tasty Catering.  A favorite Chicago-land caterer since 1989, Tasty Catering has received numerous awards and accolades, including being named one of Forbes Magazine's 2016 Best Small Companies in America

At this workshop, you'll hear first-hand how the management team at Tasty successfully implemented the Great Game, and how the entire team now sustains their highly-engaged culture, which they fully attribute to a 99% employee engagement rating and 98% employee retention rate.   Attendees will get to see exactly how a successful company plays The Great Game.
