“My first exposure to the GGOB opened me to a new way of leading my team. The part I was missing in my role was finding the fun in the great industry I work in. My employer has supported my journey! I feel I can help those starting out, offering insight to what worked and how to engage a team!”

I was a non-traditional online student and completed an associate's in business administration from Northeast Iowa CC and then bachelor's in management (minor in marketing) from Upper Iowa University. I have a passion for learning, continued growth and leadership. I’m currently working toward completing a master's in higher education administration with a leadership emphasis.
