YOUR HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY | Updated 8/23/21

While there may be building concerns about travel and meeting due to the COVID-19 Delta variant, we want you to know that your well-being and safety are of utmost importance to us.  We are monitoring the situation and working closely with the hotel to ensure you can focus on the business of meeting, without having to worry about your safety.  Please note these new protocols, designed to protect all our attendees, staff and partners:

Masks:  All participants, Great Game staff, conference vendors, and hotel staff will be required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose, per guidance from Dallas County officials.  (It is appropriate for masks to be removed while eating and drinking, and for speakers when they are presenting at a social distance.)

Social Distancing:  To the extent possible in the space we have, we will be setting tables and chairs for physical distancing.   Great Game encourages all attendees to space appropriately, being mindful of their own well-being and that of their fellow conference participants.

Cleanliness Protocols:  Meeting rooms will be sanitized between sessions with Lysol aerosol spray, and 13 touchpoints around the room are wiped with Lysol wipes. In addition, high-touch areas around the hotel (elevators, restrooms, etc) will be sanitized on a frequent basis.

We encourage participants to perform regular handwashing and utilize the provided sanitizing stations, available:
   • inside each meeting room
   • outside all meeting rooms
   • throughout the lobby area

COVID-19 Symptoms:  If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea, please stay in your hotel room and call or text our onsite COVID administrator.

You will receive a complimentary, self-administered COVID-19 antigen test and be given instructions on how to attend the conference virtually until you have been cleared. Any other COVID-19 protocol questions are welcome.
