The Annual Coaching Summit

The Annual Coaching Summit, held at The Annual Gathering of Games conference, is a time for GGOB Coaches to come together to be updated on GGOB organizational goals and strategies. It's a time of education and reengagement while GGOB certified coaches gather as a peer group to share best practices and client successes. The event will be an opportunity to share ideas, build connections, and strengthen relationships.


All-Star Awards & Recognition Program

The annual All-Star Awards and Recognition Program offers coaches the opportunity to nationally recognize their clients for their business performance and success. The All-Star Awards, presented by Forbes®, represents a select group of exceptional Great Game® and open-book management practitioners.

The Great Game of Business isn’t about theory—it’s about practice. Each All-Star company must have completed The Great Game practice scorecard and score a 3.7 or higher on a 5.0 scale to make the All-Star team. The Great Game practice scorecard is an assessment tool that measures how well a company is living the principles and practices of The Great Game of Business by surveying the perceptions of the people within the workplace.
