### The GGOB Story

This video shares the roots and development of the Great Game of Business & open-book management as Jack Stack, SRC employees and Great Game practitioners explain what The Game is and **why it works**.

### The Great Game Huddle Cycle

This video highlights all three segments of the Huddle Cycle in live examples.

***The Pre-Huddle:*** the first of three Huddles in the Huddle Cycle where the team reviews workgroup performance, develops a financial forecast from operational performance, and prepares to communicate this information with the company.

***The Management Huddle:*** addresses the challenges and opportunities each department is facing and provides a structure for information to be communicated through the company in a bottom-up fashion.

***The Company-Wide Huddle: ***opens the lines of communication and keeps all employees informed** **about the overall status of the company including the information they need to follow the progress of The Game.
