Our Support Team

Lauren Haley is the Operations Manager for The Great Game of Business^® Community Site. Lauren was born and raised in the birthplace of open-book management and SRC, Springfield Missouri. After studying marketing and communications at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, she returned to Springfield and joined the Great Game™ family.

At GGOB, she focuses her efforts on improving customer experience, producing content, and coordinating and facilitating activities within our online community site.

Before joining the GGOB team, she completed internships at 417 Magazine in Springfield and MGP Ingredients in Atchison.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, hot yoga and zumba, hanging out at the lake, and having fun with her nieces and nephews.
