To receive credits for a session, you will need to be present for the entire session (evidenced by submission of polling questions at various intervals), complete the session evaluation (links will be in session descriptions), and submit this form to Donna Petiford (email@example.com). Once a completed form is received, attendance will be verified and you will be emailed a certificate.
