As a starting point for The Game, it is important to identify your organization's critical number -- the number that will have the greatest impact on the organization's success. Our coaches will tailor a one-day workshop to assist you in identifying your critical number. Along the way, we will discuss the financial and non-financial indicators that will drive that number.
