Meet Great Game coach Bill Collier. Bill was born and raised in St. Louis. In 1988, Bill and his wife, Joyce, founded BC Group International, a regional distributor of biomedical testing equipment. In 1994 they implemented open-book management, and results were excellent. BC Group grew profitably for a decade, improving its gross margin, cash flow, quality, turnover, and customer satisfaction. The company was named to St. Louis Technology’s Fast 50, a listing of the 50 fastest-growing tech firms in St. Louis, for the years 2000, 2001, and 2003. Today Bill is a coach with The Great Game of Business, helping companies implement open-book management and achieve financial success.

ONLINE EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL SURVEY

Having your employees take our confidential online Employee Appraisal Survey allows you to assess your organization’s key business concerns and the critical issues facing your staff.
